This agreement sets out the shared understanding between Volunteers and Ffynnon Community Resilience across all volunteer roles and sites.

Purpose
Volunteers support Ffynnon’s community gardens, food-growing projects, events,

outreach, and related activities, helping create welcoming, resilient, and inclusive community spaces.

Volunteer Commitment
Volunteers agree to:

Take part in agreed activities and sessions when available.
Work cooperatively, respectfully, and inclusively with others.
Follow guidance from staff or lead volunteers.
Use tools, equipment, and spaces safely and responsibly.
Help create a welcoming, safe environment for volunteers, visitors, and the public.
Follow basic health and safety guidance.
Ffynnon Community Resilience Commitment
Ffynnon agrees to:

Provide a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive volunteering environment.
Offer appropriate guidance, tools, and support for volunteer activities.
Communicate clearly about roles, tasks, and expectations.
Value volunteers’ contributions and involvement.
General Understanding

All roles are voluntary and unpaid.
Volunteers may step back or stop volunteering at any time.
This agreement does not create an employment or contractual relationship.
