Cardigan based community Meals & Kitchen Project

Cegin Teifi is a collaboration by Ffynnon and Ein Cegin to both celebrate the Cardigan community and its surrounding local food and drink producers. This Cardigan based kitchen project aims to support a more resilient community and sustainable local food system through community meals.

Community Meals

Community meals are a chance to come together, share good food and strengthen connections locally. By using fresh, seasonal produce from local producers, these meals not only support healthier lifestyles but also boost the local economy. By celebrating our local community, its produce and its diversity and creating spaces where people can enjoy nourishing meals and connect, we help reduce isolation for many and foster a greater appreciation for all that the community has to offer for all.
