Ffynnon hosted the first Oakwise youth bushcraft club on wednesday 30th April. We had great weather to start us off on our wild passport journey. Eight 10-15 year olds will be meeting in Fruit & Nut Community garden to work through the beginners levels of the wild passport program. This covers woodcraft, shelters, nature, fire skills and rope work. We started off with fire circle etiquette, identifying dead and alive trees, making friendship bracelets and threading wood cookies. The young people had a great time!
