Ffynnon Farmstart \u2013 Our new project in Abercych will support new-entrant food producers. We will be providing the space, infrastructure, and support they need to effectively produce food and establish thriving businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll provide practical training, mentoring, and experience in food production skills. We\u2019ll be helping Farmstarters grow their idea through business mentoring and helping to build links to local markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to help build a local food system that works for consumers and local producers new and old, using growing methods which respect local ecology. We want to find ways to make healthy, low impact, affordable, local choices everyday, staples on our tables, and build links between eaters, producers, and the land that feeds us all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We want everyone to be involved in the revolution! From chefs to shops, educators to ecologists, farmers, and families, we\u2019ve all got a stake. Northeast Pembrokeshire is already a fabulous place to be with a vibrant local food scene. Help us contribute to the wave of transformation and be the ripples that create our independent sustainable food system which works for all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We are especially interested in supporting business ideas focused on horticulture, soft fruit, perennial herbs, geese, beekeeping, pig farming, edible and medicinal mushrooms, rootstock production, poultry breeding, and arable crops. We offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
